◆ Services
Three ways to work with Embun Echo
A survey, a build, or a review — each fixed in scope, fixed in price, and delivered with a written record.
← Back to Home◆ Our Approach
How we run our engagements
Each Embun Echo service is designed to be self-contained. You can engage us for a single survey and take the findings forward independently. You can commission a build without having completed a survey. You can ask for a quarterly review of an integration we had no part in building. The services are designed to complement one another, but they do not require sequencing.
Before any engagement commences, we agree scope, deliverables, and fee in writing. Work begins when that document is signed. Everything we produce — reports, documentation, assessment notes — is written in plain English, formatted for reading by leadership teams rather than technical specialists.
◆ Service 01
Mineral Survey
A four-week survey of where AI may fit your current operations, delivered as a careful written report. The work covers interviews with leadership and frontline staff, a measured review of existing systems, and the preparation of a survey document with findings and recommendations. Includes a presentation to leadership and a follow-up call one month later.
Suited for boards approaching the topic with attention — where a written basis for the conversation is more valuable than speed.
How it runs
Scope agreement
Written scope and fee agreed. Work begins on signing.
Interviews — weeks 1 & 2
Structured conversations with leadership and selected staff.
Systems review — week 3
Review of existing technology, data, and process documentation.
Report & presentation — week 4
Written findings delivered and presented to leadership.
Follow-up call — month 2
Single call to discuss any questions arising from the report.
Fixed price
RM 1,490
◆ Service 02
Single-vein Build
A delivery engagement of approximately two months that integrates one chosen AI capability into your existing systems. Common applications include classifying enquiries, summarising internal documents, and assisting staff with retrieving information across long archives. The work covers solution design, model selection, integration, written documentation, and a structured handover.
A considered choice for teams who favour one well-built integration over several partial ones.
How it runs
Scope agreement
Capability, constraints, and integration approach agreed in writing.
Design phase — weeks 1–2
Solution architecture and model selection confirmed with your team.
Build & integration — weeks 3–7
Integration built, tested, and refined against real data.
Documentation & handover — week 8
Written documentation delivered and handover session held.
Fixed price
RM 1,250
◆ Service 03
Assayer's Review
A quarterly review service for organisations whose AI integrations are in operation and who would value a careful periodic outside check. Each cycle produces a brief written assessment of current usage, a conversation with operational leadership, and a short list of items worth attention. The role remains light, intended to support rather than supplant internal accountability.
Often chosen by family firms and small public-listed groups who want a steady outside perspective without the overhead of a consulting retainer.
Each quarterly cycle
Data and log review
We review usage data, error logs, and any flagged incidents.
Leadership conversation
One structured call to discuss observations and questions.
Written assessment delivered
A brief written report with findings and a short attention list.
Per quarter
RM 720

◆ Standards
Across all our services
Security & Privacy
All client data is handled under confidentiality as a baseline condition. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and do not share client information with third parties.
Written Scope & Clarity
Every engagement begins with a written scope document — defining deliverables, timeline, and fee. Nothing is ambiguous at the point of agreement.
Direct Practitioner Contact
You work directly with the practitioner handling your engagement throughout. No account managers, no handoffs.
Regulatory Awareness
Where integrations touch regulated processes — financial, legal, or otherwise — we flag this clearly and recommend appropriate professional review before deployment.
Quality of Written Output
Reports and documentation are drafted for readability by leadership teams. Plain English. Adequate context. No unnecessary technical jargon.
Post-Engagement Review
We review our own work after each engagement. The findings inform how we approach the next one. This is how our methodology develops over time.
